Common use of Consideration for Purchased Assets Clause in Contracts

Consideration for Purchased Assets. The aggregate consideration to be paid for the Purchased Assets (the "Purchase Price") shall be as follows: (a) Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000.00). The Purchase Price is subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 2.3; and (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities.

Consideration for Purchased Assets. The Purchase Price is subject to the adjustment as set forth in Section 2.3; and (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities.

Consideration for Purchased Assets. The aggregate consideration to be paid for the Purchased Assets (the "“Purchase Price"”) shall be as follows: (a) Nine Sixty Million Dollars ($9,000,000.00).
