Consignment Fee. The Consignee shall be entitled the difference between the Consignor’s minimum selling price and the full purchase price of the Consigned Items (the “Consignment Fee”). 1. Within 7 days from the sale of the Consigned Items, the Consignee shall deliver to the Consignor the sale price of the Consigned Items less the Consignment Fee.

Consignment Fee. The employee who has been instructed to be available for work is entitled to the following payment for the hours for which he has been available in accordance with the instruction. This allowance amounts to € 2.69 gross per hour with a maximum of € 21.52 gross per 24 hours. As of 1 July 2021, this payment is being increased to a gross hourly amount of € 2.78, capped to a gross daily amount of € 22.24. As of 1 January 2022, this payment is being increased to a gross hourly amount of €2.87, capped to a gross daily amount of €22.96. The following conditions apply: a. the employee must have been informed in advance that he must be available to work for a certain period of time determined in advance and must answer a call to start the shift. b. the employee is not eligible for the on-call allowance if he is on duty and in the company premises and/or in or around the vehicle. c. the employee shall also not be eligible for the on-call allowance if he receives a one- off call for duty at a specific time in any 24-hour period. d. there can be no concurrence of salary and/or other allowances with this on-call allowance.

Consignment Fee. The Consignee shall be entitled to Percentage of the full purchase price of the Consigned Items (the “Consignment Fee”).
Consignment Fee. (a) Each Consignee will pay monthly and on the last day of a Consignment term, in arrears, to Scotiabank as a consignment fee in respect of the applicable Consignment an amount which shall accrue from day to day for the actual number of days elapsed and shall be calculated daily on the daily Dollar Value of the silver making up the applicable Consignment at such rate as may be agreed upon by the applicable Consignee and Scotiabank at the time of each Consignment request or request for renewal, which rate shall remain in effect for the term of the applicable Consignment. In the event that a Consignment is made with no fixed Consignment term applicable thereto, then the rate applicable to such Consignment shall be as agreed upon by Scotiabank and the applicable Consignee and subject to change upon two (2) Business Daysnotice to the applicable Consignee. In the event that a Consignee and Scotiabank should fail at any time to agree upon the rate to apply to a Consignment or the renewal of a Consignment term, then such Consignee shall immediately deliver the subject silver for which there is no agreement to Scotiabank, as provided for in paragraph 24 hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provisions in this Agreement, any renewal of a Consignment term requested by a Consignee shall be at Scotiabank’s option and subject to Scotiabank’s absolute discretion not to renew a Consignment term if it so decides. Any Consignment the term of which is not renewed shall be immediately re-delivered to Scotiabank in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) All rates in this Agreement shall be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and for the actual number of days elapsed.

Any Consignment the term of which is not renewed shall be immediately re-delivered to Bank in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) All rates in this Agreement shall be calculated on the basis of a 360 day year and for the actual number of days elapsed.
Consignment Fee. Artist agrees to pay SCARF a consignment fee of twenty-five percent (25%) on any art sold while on display at the gallery. Such consignment fee is solely for the purpose of furthering SCARF’s nonprofit endeavors consistent with SCARF’s articles of incorporation, bylaws and all applicable laws and regulations. All taxes are the responsibility of Artist. There is no fee for having art displayed at the Gallery should art not be sold. Consignment Fee. Consignee will pay Consignor the Consignment Fee, based on the number of days the material is held on consignment, in arrears, as mutually agreed. Payment of the Consignment Fee shall be in U.S.Dollars in immediately available funds to Consignor’s Place of Payment, as specified in paragraph 6. of the Agreement, provided that in the event Consignee shall receive a Notice of Assignment which specifies that Consignor’s rights to the Consignment Fee have been assigned, Consignee shall pay the Consignment Fee to such place as the Assignee specifies after such receipt, and shall have no further obligations to the Consignor.

The Consignee will pay monthly and on the last day of a Consignment term, to MIC as a consignment fee in respect of the applicable Consignment an amount which shall be calculated by multiplying (i) Dollar Value of the silver making up the applicable Consignment on the date of the confirmation by MIC, times (ii)the annual percentage consigned rate agreed upon by the Consignee and MIC at the time of each Consignment request or request for renewal, which rate shall remain in effect for the term of the applicable Consignment, times (iii)the number of xxxx ounces of the silver being consigned, times (iv)the number of days the silver was consigned to the Consignee during the month in question divided by three hundred sixty (360) days.
