Common use of Consolidated Total Interest Expense Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Total Interest Expense. For any period, the aggregate amount of interest expense required by GAAP to be paid or (without duplication) accrued during such period on all Indebtedness of the Borrower on a consolidated basis outstanding during all or any part of such period, including capitalized interest expense for such period, the amortization of debt discounts and the amortization of fees payable in connection with the incurrence of Indebtedness.
