Common use of Consolidation and Subdivision Clause in Contracts

Consolidation and Subdivision. Units may be consolidated or subdivided by the Manager upon the Manager giving at least 21 days’ prior written notice to the Trustee and to each Unitholder of its intention to do so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Units may be consolidated without notice to Unitholders in connection with a distribution to Unitholders pursuant to Section 4.3 hereof.
