Construction and Construction completion i. This Agreement will become unconditional and effective from the Compliance Date. Any works of whatever nature, which the Concessionaire elects to carry out prior to the Compliance Date including design or mobilisation, shall be entirely at the risk and cost of the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall commence the Construction Works within 30 (thirty) days from the Compliance Date.

Construction and Construction completion. This Agreement will become unconditional and effective from the Compliance Date. Any works of whatever nature, which the Concessionaire elects to carry out prior to the Compliance Date including design or mobilisation, shall be entirely at the risk and cost of the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall commence the Construction Works within 30 (thirty) days from the Compliance Date. The Concessionaire shall undertake or procure the design, procurement, construction, development (modular or otherwise), completion, testing and commissioning of the Project/Project Facilities at its cost in accordance with the provisions hereof, including the approved DPR, the Specifications And Standards and Prudent Utility Practices, Applicable Laws and the terms of Applicable Permits by itself or, subject to the provisions of hereof, through Engineering Procurement Contractor(s) (EPC).

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure:

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).

The materials used in the construction of the material are to be of the highest quality and selected particularly to meet the duties required of them. Mechanisms are to be constructed to avoid sticking due to rust or corrosion. Workmanship and general finish are to be of the highest class throughout. All similar parts of the material are to be interchangeable. All equipment is to operate without undue vibration and with the least possible amount of noise and is not to cause a nuisance. All equipment is to be designed to minimize the risk of fire and any damage, which may be caused in the event of fire. The equipment is also to be designed to prevent ingress of all vermin, accidental contact with live parts and to minimize the ingress of dust and dirt. The use of materials, which may be liable to attack by termites or other insects, is to be avoided.
