Construction Funding Subsidies. 5.1 Subject to 5.2 and 5.3 the HSP is required to continue to fulfill all commitments identified in Schedule A of the service agreement in effect between the HSP and the LHIN on June 30, 2010 (the “CFS Commitments”) and the CFS Commitments are hereby incorporated into and deemed part of this Agreement.
