Common use of Construction & Legal Advice Clause in Contracts

Construction & Legal Advice. In the event of any dispute over the terms herein or in the Services Agreement, the terms herein and in the Services Agreement will be deemed to have been drafted by all Parties herein and will not be strictly construed as against any Party. The Parties have been made aware of their right and opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel and have either done so, or knowingly waive the right to do so. Further the Parties acknowledge that they have engaged in negotiations to reach agreement on the said terms.
