Construction Permit. Prior to the start of work, the Responsible Party shall obtain a Construction Permit from the City Engineer’s Office allowing the Responsible Party to begin construction within the specified subdivision. The Responsible Party shall ensure the Construction Permit is kept valid for the term and any extension of this Agreement. Should the Construction Permit terminate for any reason before continuing work, the Responsible Party will be required to revise the plans to meet the current standards and obtain a new Construction Permit.
