Construction Project Standards and Manuals. (a) The Municipality shall comply with, and require its Prime Contractor and, if applicable, its Inspection Consultant, to comply with all applicable DOT requirements and applicable State laws and regulations and the current version (in effect during the performance under the particular PAL) of the following publications (except as otherwise noted), each as may be revised:
