Consultation and Review. 1. If any disagreement arises between the competent authority of San Marino and one or more of the other competent authorities listed in Annex I as to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, they shall endeavour to resolve this by mutual agreement. They shall immediately notify the Commission of the European Communities and the competent authorities of the other Member States of the results of their consultations. In relation to issues of interpretation the Commission may take part in consultations at the request of any of the competent authorities listed in Annex I.
