Consulting and Other Services. Xxxxxx Mae may provide certain consulting, implementation, training, installation, integration and other services to Licensee. All such services are provided on an “as‐is” basis without warranty of any kind.
Consulting and Other Services. Xxxxxx Xxx may, from time to time, provide certain consulting, implementation, training installation, integration and other services to Licensee at the rates set forth in an applicable Rate Sheet. Unless otherwise separately agreed between Licensee and Xxxxxx Xxx, any such consulting and other services shall be provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranty of any kind.

At Customer's reasonable request and subject to the availability of SunGard's personnel, SunGard shall provide to Customer conversion assistance, consulting services, custom modification programming, support services relating to custom modifications, assistance with data transfers, assistance in the use of the System Services security mechanisms and other specialized support services with respect to the System Services. These services shall be provided by SunGard at Customer location(s) if SunGard and Customer agree that on-site services are appropriate.

At any time during the Term, the Company shall be permitted to submit reasonable requests to Pfizer for Pfizer to perform additional services for the Company in connection with the Collaboration, including consulting services. Following such a request, Pfizer may, in its sole discretion, negotiate with the Company the terms of an appropriate agreement to provide for the applicable additional services. From time to time, at Customer’s reasonable request and subject to availability of Veraz’s personnel, Veraz will provide to Customer at Veraz’s then current consulting rates additional consulting services with respect to the Software and/or Hardware, subject to terms and conditions for professional services to be mutually agreed by the parties.
Consulting and Other Services. By prior approval of the board, the Superintendent CLO may undertake for consideration outside professional activities, including but not limited to teaching, consulting, speaking, and writing provided such activities do not interfere with or conflict with the Superintendent CLO’s performance of her under this Agreement. The Superintendent CLO’s outside professional activities shall not occur during regular work hours, except with specific approval of the Board. In no event will the board be responsible for any expense’s attendant to the performance of such outside activities. The Superintendent CLO may retain any income derived from such outside professional activities.
Consulting and Other Services. Following the Retirement Date, the Company desires to retain the services of the Executive, and the Executive agrees to perform such services, on the following terms and conditions.
