Common use of Consulting Fees Clause in Contracts

Consulting Fees. The Consultant shall be entitled to $375 per hour, not to exceed $3,000 per day, of Service actually performed by the Consultant hereunder. The Consultant shall submit to the Company monthly statements, in a form satisfactory to the Company, detailing Services performed for the Company in the previous month. The Company shall pay to the Consultant consulting fees with respect to all Services actually performed and invoiced within 30 days after Company’s receipt of each monthly invoice.

Consultant agrees to prepare a detailed monthly invoiceinvoice to evidence services rendered as reasonably required by Company for auditing or other business requirements.

Consulting Fees. The In consideration of the Services, Consultant shall be entitled to a consulting fee (the “Consulting Fee”) in the amount of $375 4,564.60 per hourmonth, not to exceed $3,000 per day, of Service actually performed payable in accordance with the Company’s regular payment practices for Company consultants. The Company shall pay to the Consultant consulting fees with respect to all Services actually performed and invoiced within 30 days after Company’s receipt of each monthly invoiceexpense reimbursement policy.

The Consultant will earn consulting fees of $7,500 per month for Services performed, prorated for any partial month of service, payable in arrears and otherwise in accordance with the Company’s standard payment practices for independent contractors. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein or agreed in writing between the Company and the Consultant, the Consultant shall not be entitled to $375 per hour, not to exceed $3,000 per day, of Service actually performed by the Consultant hereunder. The Consultant shall submit to the Company monthly statements, in a form satisfactory to the Company, detailing Services performed any compensation for the Company in the previous month. The Company shall pay to the Consultant consulting fees with respect to all Services actually performed and invoiced within 30 days after Company’s receipt of each monthly invoiceperforming Services.

All work by Consultant for Company must be requested by Company in advance of such work

Consultant shall not be entitled to any benefits as an employee, which an employee of the Consultant consulting fees with respect Company may be entitled to all Services actually performed and invoiced within 30 days after Company’s receipt of each monthly invoicereceive.
