Consulting Services and Hours Required. Consultant agrees to provide the Company with such services or advice, analysis and expertise regarding the implementation and customization of the Assets as it relates to the promotional, marketing, financial, operational, developmental or other aspects of the Business (the "Services").

Consulting Services and Hours Required. (a) Consultant agrees agrees, as and when requested by the Company, to provide the Company with such services or advice, analysis and expertise regarding the implementation and customization of the Assets as it relates to the promotional, marketing, financial, operational, developmental or other aspects of the Business (the "Services"). (b) Consultant agrees to provide the aggregate number of hours of Services during the term of this Agreement to fulfill their responsibilities as requested by the board of directors. (c) Consultant agrees to, if requested, hold an executive position with the Company.
