CONSUMABLE SUPPLIES Clause Samples

The "Consumable Supplies" clause defines the responsibilities regarding the provision and use of items that are regularly used up or depleted during the performance of a contract, such as paper, ink, or cleaning materials. Typically, this clause specifies whether the supplier or the client is responsible for supplying these consumables, and may outline standards for quality or replenishment schedules. Its core function is to prevent misunderstandings and disputes by clearly allocating responsibility for consumable items necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.
