Contact Information, Notices, Instructions, Etc. Except as stated herein, the Bank shall not be required to act upon any notice or instruction received from the Company or any other person, or to provide any notice or advice to the Company or any other person with respect to any matter. The Bank shall be entitled to rely on any written notice or other written communication believed by it in good faith to be genuine and to have been signed by an authorized representative of Company, and any such communication shall be deemed to have been signed by such person. Such notice shall be effective on the second Business Day following the day received by the Bank. Except as stated herein, any written notice or other written communication required or permitted to be given under this Master Agreement or any Service Agreement shall be delivered or sent by US mail, if to Company, at the address of Company on the books of Bank and if to Bank, at the following address: The Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company 00 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 Phone: (000) 000-0000 or (000) 000-0000 unless another address is substituted by notice delivered or sent as provided herein.
