Common use of Containers Clause in Contracts

Containers. Contractor shall allow Multi-Family Dwelling Customers to use 376 Carts or Bins for Solid Waste Collection that are shared by the Occupants of 377 the Premises. Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Cart(s) or Bin(s) to 378 such Customers as requested by Customer, provided that no less than ninety- 379 six (96) gallons per week of Container capacity are provided for every five (5) 380 dwelling units in the Multi-Family Residential Complex.

Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Cart(s) or Bin(s) to 378 such 371 Customers as requested by CustomerXxxxxxxx, provided that no less than ninety- 379 ninety-six (96) 372 gallons per week of Container capacity are provided for every five (5) 380 dwelling 373 units in the Multi-Family Residential Complex.
