Content Guidelines. Customer’s, its End Users and/or customers’ use of a Product, or any Customer product and/or service incorporating any Product, is subject to the Content Guidelines. To that end, Customer undertakes to include the Content Guidelines or substantially similar guidelines in its terms and conditions or any other equivalent instrument governing the use of its products and/or services incorporating any Product.
Content Guidelines. Keep it Clean: Obscenities, pornography, illegal or otherwise harmful or offensive content in posts, images, or other content will not be tolerated. Treat Others with Respect: Posts that express hatred based on race, gender, religious beliefs, ethnic background, or sexual preference, whether through words or images, will be deleted and may cause you to be banned from the Social Properties. Protect your Identity: Please do not post personal information publicly on the Social Properties. If you would like us to contact you, please private message us with your full name, phone number, and the best time to call. Do not include confidential or sensitive information such as financial information, social security numbers, or passwords in any private messages to us or in other content you post.
Content Guidelines. All Content will comply with the then current Content Guidelines and Advertising Guidelines for GO Network. The current forms of Content Guidelines and Advertising Guidelines are set forth in Appendices F-1 and F-2. The GO Entities shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove, or direct Content Partner to remove, any Content, or any information or other material from any Content, which the GO Entities determine to be offensive, in poor taste, or otherwise objectionable or which would cause one of the GO Entities to be in violation of any agreements existing at the Effective Date with third parties (for example, exclusivity agreements prohibiting the provision of credit card services), and Content Partner shall immediately comply with such request.

We want the Game’s ecosystem to be welcoming for everyone, so certain content cannot be shared or transmitted through our services. Sexual or overly violent content will not be accepted. We don’t allow content involving or promoting illegal activities, including gambling, drugs, animal cruelty, fraud, hacking, and piracy. Don’t share or use content you didn’t create or have permission from the owner to use.

4.6.2 Customer agrees that it will not: (a) upload, store or transmit anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable; (b) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or commercial communications, such as spam; engage in spidering or harvesting, or participate in the use of software, including spyware, designed to collect data from the Services; (c) transmit any viruses or other computer instructions or technological means whose purpose is to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of computers or related systems; (d) stalk, harass, or harm another individual; and (e) impersonate any person or entity or perform any other similar fraudulent activity, such as phishing. Dakota reserves the right to remove or delete any Customer Content that violates the terms of this Section 4.6.2 or otherwise represents a security risk to the Services.
Content Guidelines. The Writing is appropriate for the Site, correctly rated, and correctly categorized. Certain content is prohibited on the Site. The following is a non-exhaustive list of what is prohibited, but Writers Shelf reserves the right to remove any Writing that Writers Shelf deems inappropriate, at its sole discretion: Pornographic text or media, stories or media that contain sexual content with a person under the age of 18, stories encouraging or promoting non-consensual sex, stories or media that encourage or depict illegal sex acts, media of suicide, media not created by you or media that portrays a real person that is included without that person’s consent, and media which captures an illegal act. Content Guidelines. Any content created by Influencer during the Term of the Statement of Work, whether or not in connection with the Services, shall conform to the following content guidelines:
a. Influencer shall not use content to which he or she does not own the intellectual property rights, for example:
i. Any names, images or likenesses of other persons without their permission (or the permission of their parents or legal guardians, where applicable), including celebrities;
ii. Any names, trademarks, logos of companies, sports teams, colleges/universities, clubs, or organizations unless the Influencer represents that brand or company and is authorized to use the materials on merchandise.
b. Influencer shall not use profane, obscene, or otherwise offensive images or text, including nudity or inappropriate language.
c. Influencer shall not use or create content that depicts violence or is abusive, fraudulent, vulgar, harassing or threatening.
d. Influencer shall not use or create content that uses text or images that are racist or otherwise signify hate towards and individual or a group of people.
e. Influencer shall not use or create content that exploits images or likenesses of minors.
f. Influencer shall not use or create content that is generally offensive or in bad taste, as determined by Amazon in its sole discretion. The foregoing list should NOT be construed as an exhaustive list of prohibited material, but rather as general guidelines. Amazon will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether content is in compliance with the content guidelines herein.
Content Guidelines. All advertising submitted for inclusion on West Vancouver Ice Arena rink boards must be consistent with the following guidelines: • Advertising must be submitted on time and in the correct format and specifications. • Advertising must be appropriate in nature, and consistent with the values of WVMHA, and the West Vancouver Parks, Culture, and Community Services department. • Preference shall be given to advertising that is community-based, positive in nature and seeks to enrich the “community vitality, health and understanding” of West Vancouver residents. • Advertising must be non-partisan, nonracial, non-denominational, non-sexist and non-political. • Advertising must not be in direct competition with the programs and services offered by WVMHA or the District of West Vancouver. • Advertising cannot promote an individual political party or politician. • Advertising must not present demeaning or derogatory portrayals of individuals or groups; or exploit violence, sexuality, children, the customs, convictions or characteristics of religious or ethnocultural groups, persons with disabilities or any other person, group or institution in a manner which is offensive. • Advertising is governed by the Human Rights Act which provides that no person shall be discriminated against “because of the race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religion, marital status, family status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation or age of the person or that group or class of persons.” • Advertising must not promote products prohibited from sale to minors. • Advertising must not include the words Summer Camps or Spring Break Camps. • WVMHA and the District of West Vancouver reserves the right to refuse any advertising that it deems, at its sole discretion, as inconsistent with the above guidelines. • Display of advertising on rink board ads does not constitute endorsement of the content by WVMHA or the District of West Vancouver Ad Size 98” Wide x 32” High Format All advertisements, images and logos must be a minimum 300dpi at 100% ad size and in .pdf format. Email print-ready ads in the correct format to ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. Any ad that is not print-ready or does not meet the above requirements will require editing; the advertiser will be charged $90/hour, minimum one hour, for this work.
