Content of the Reply. The reply of the Company shall be sufficiently clear so as to determine the relationship between the Collective Agreement, the grievance and the Company’s decision. The Company agrees to distribute to the Union copies of the grievances submitted and copies of its reply in the following manner: a a copy to the regional office of the Union; a copy to the local office of the Union; a copy to the contractor on behalf of whom the grievance has been submitted.
