Contents of CQP. The Contractor shall plan and implement a QC system documenting all those planned and systematic actions necessary to provide confidence that all materials, Works and workmanship delivered to the Agency will satisfy the given requirements for quality whether manufactured or processed by the Contractor or procured from PC/5 Sub-contractors or suppliers, all in accordance with the Contract. The CQP shall describe the type and frequency of inspection, sampling, and testing deemed necessary to measure and control the various properties of materials and workmanship of all construction processes within the tolerances governed by the Agency’s standard specifications, standard drawings, all in accordance with the Contract. The Contractor shall plan and implement the necessary safety precautions to assure the safety of all persons and protection of the environment and property at, on or about the Site and any other activities or locations related to the project. The Contractor shall comply with the Contract whether or not an Agency representative is present.

  • Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1.
