Continuance of performance. Despite the existence of a Dispute each party will continue to perform its obligations under this Participation Agreement in relation to the subject matter of the Dispute. If the Subscriber is receiving other paid services from XXXX (other than standard conveyancing services), the Subscriber must continue to make payment for such other services as required.
