Common use of Continuation of Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director director, officer or officer agent of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, arbitrational, administrative or investigative, by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other the capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10herein.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or director/an executive officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or director/an executive officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 1011.

All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee is or was a director or officer of the Company or is or was serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10Section 9. This Agreement shall continue in effect regardless of whether the Indemnitee continues to serve as a director of the Company or as an agent of another enterprise at the Company’s request.

All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein hereunder shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director director, officer, employee or officer agent of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an a director, officer, employee, trustee or agent of another enterprise, foreign or domesticany Other Enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee is or was a director director, officer, employee or officer agent of the Company or is or was serving on behalf of any Other Enterprise in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 101 hereof.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 109.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or director/an executive officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) ), regardless of whether the Indemnitee was appointed before or after the date of this Agreement and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or director/an executive officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 1011.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a an officer, and/or director or officer other Agent of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding Loss or Expense by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a an officer and/or director or officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10above.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director an officer, director, employee or officer agent of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding Loss or Expense by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director an officer, director, employee or officer agent of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10above.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other the capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10herein.

All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or officer of the Company (or of any other Enterprise which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domesticCompany) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding (including any rights of appeal thereto) and through any proceeding commenced by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director to enforce or officer of the Company interpret his or serving in any other capacity referred to in her rights under this Paragraph 10Agreement.

All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director, director nominee, officer or officer agent of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, arbitrational, administrative or investigative, by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other the capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10herein.

Continuation of Indemnification. Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director director, officer or officer agent of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as for all claims made or threatened prior to the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding sixth anniversary of the termination of Indemnitee’s service with the Company, whether civil, criminal, arbitrational, administrative or investigative, by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or officer of the Company or serving in any other the capacity referred to in this Paragraph 10herein.

Continuation of Indemnification. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period that the Indemnitee is a director or an officer of the Company (or is or was serving at the request of the Company as an agent of another enterprise, foreign or domestic) and shall continue thereafter so long as the Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding by reason of the fact that the Indemnitee was a director or an officer of the Company or serving in any other capacity referred to in this Paragraph 1011.

Continuation of Indemnification.
