Continuation of Lease if Landlord Rejects the Tenant Taking Termination Notice. If Landlord rejects or is deemed to have rejected the Tenant Taking Termination Notice, such Tenant Taking Termination Notice with respect to termination of the Lease and Tenant’s offer to purchase the Leased Property shall be deemed to be automatically rescinded and this Lease shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
