Continuation of Operations. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 116J.994 Subd.3(a)(6), the Project Operator agrees to continue operations, in substantially the same manner and scale, in the City of Xxxxxxxx for at least five years after the benefit date.

In the event that electronic submission of data is not possible via the HRSD Environmental Reporting System, it is the responsibility of the RO to submit paper copies in accordance with the requirements of the Permit, or written extension granted by HRSD. Failure to submit data by the date required by the Permit or extension is a violation and will be enforced according to HRSD’s Enforcement Response Plan.
Continuation of Operations. Following the Effective Date of this Agreement and to and including the Closing Date, the Seller shall continue normal and prudent maintenance and management of the Business in accordance with Seller’s current practices and in the ordinary course of business. Seller shall keep, or shall cause to be kept, the Property insured against fire and other hazards covered by extended coverage endorsement and comprehensive public liability insurance against claims for bodily injury, death and property damage occurring in, on or about the Property, consistent with Seller’s prior practices.
Continuation of Operations. 601 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strikes, no slowdown of work, suspension or picketing or any other interference with the Employer's operations, and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any nurse covered by this Agreement from slowing down their work, or suspending or picketing or otherwise interfering with the Employer's operations. 602 The Employer agrees that for the duration of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout.
