Common use of Continuation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Payment. The Company agrees to pay the Base Salary for twelve (12) months (the “Severance Term”) (26 pay periods at the gross amount of $14,615.38 each), less all applicable taxes and payable in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, it being agreed that each installment of Base Salary payable hereunder shall be deemed to be a separate payment for purposes of Section 409A of the Code;

Continuation of Payment. The Company agrees to pay the Base Salary of $505,000 for twelve (12) months (the “Severance Term”) (across 26 pay periods at the gross amount of $14,615.38 each)periods, less all applicable taxes and payable in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, it being agreed that each installment of Base Salary payable hereunder shall be deemed to be a separate payment for purposes of Section 409A of the Code. Such payments will commence in the payroll following the Effective Date of this Agreement;
