Common use of Continuation of Use Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Use. If, at the end of the primary or extended term, Lessee is not conducting or has ceased Mining Operations, but is utilizing the Premises in support of Mining Operations on other lands, then this Agreement shall continue in force as to the lands subject to such uses and such expansions thereof as may reasonably be contemplated, as designated in good faith by Lessee, and the payment provided in Section 3.A shall be rental for such uses.
