Continued Operation. 16 Provider intends to operate the Generating Facility throughout the Term of this Agreement. Provider shall 17 make commercially reasonable efforts to continue the operation of the Generating Facility and shall 18 minimize all delays and interruptions in operations. In the event a wind turbine becomes inoperable, 19 Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the wind turbine to operation.
