Continued Validity of Loan Documents. Except for the amendments to the Credit Agreement set forth in Section 1 hereof, this Amendment shall not, by implication or otherwise, limit, impair, constitute a waiver of or otherwise affect any rights or remedies of the Administrative Agent or any Lender under any of the Loan Documents, nor alter, modify, amend or in any way affect any of the rights, remedies, obligations or any covenants of the Borrower or any Guarantor contained in any of the other Loan Documents, all of which are ratified and confirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect.
