Continuing Insurance. (1) The terms of insurance apply to continuing insurance taken out with FG.
Continuing Insurance. Lessee shall effect and maintain insurance after the Expiry Date with respect to its liability under Section 10 for two (2) years or until completion of the next "D" check on the Aircraft, whichever is earlier, and such insurance shall name each Indemnitee as an additional insured.
Continuing Insurance. Lessee's insurance coverage shall cover all liabilities from an occurrence which arises during the Term, regardless of the date on which any claim is made with respect to such occurrence and Lessee at Lessor's request shall provide evidence of the existence of such insurance following the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. Lessee shall in any event be responsible for any and all liabilities to which Lessor may be exposed as a result of Lessee's lease, use, possession, or operation of the Aircraft.

Continuing Insurance. Each of Electro and CML Fiberoptics shall continue its existing insurance policies, subject to variations in amounts required by the ordinary operations of its business and shall make arrangements to provide the Company with the same or substantially similar insurance coverage as of the Closing Date. No borrowing shall be made against any policy for such insurance and no assignment shall be made of any of the proceeds of such policy to any other person or entity. None of CML, CML Fiberoptics or Electro shall take (or fail to take) any action that would enable the insurers under such policies to avoid liabilities for claims arising out of occurrences prior to the Closing Date.
Continuing Insurance. Lessor may require Lessee to effect and to maintain insurance after the expiration of the Term with respect to its liability under the indemnities in Section 13 for such period as Lessor may require (but in any event not after the second anniversary of the termination of the leasing of the Aircraft under this Lease, which provides for each Indemnitee to be named as additional insured. Lessee's obligation under this Section shall not be affected by Lessee ceasing to be lessee of the Aircraft and/or any of the Indemnities ceasing to have any interest in the Aircraft.
Continuing Insurance. Retired Teachers shall be eligible to continue participation in the District Group Insurance Program, but shall pay the entire premiums for such coverage commencing with the day of retirement. Teachers on approved leave of absence shall also qualify for this coverage, but shall pay the entire premiums for such coverage commencing with the date of the approved leave of absence. (It shall be the responsibility of said Teacher to make appropriate arrangements with the Clerk's Office to pay the School District the monthly premiums in advance for the premium due date).
