Continuity of Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to continue receiving Cable Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Grantee are honored, and subject to Xxxxxxx’s rights under Section 15.2 of this Franchise.

Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to interrupt service for the purpose of Cable Communications System construction, routine repairing or testing the Cable System only during periods of minimum use. When necessary service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers in advance via message on the community bulletin board.

The continuity of employment with the Company is not broken by the employee’s parental leave however the employee does not accrue other entitlements such as annual or long service leave while away and the period on leave does not count as part of the total period of service with the Company.

The Licensee shall ensure that all Subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted Cable Service, except for necessary Cable Service interruptions or as a result of Cable System or equipment failures. When necessary, if non-routine Cable Service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers of such interruption(s) in advance.

Continuity of Service. 6 Any leave without pay which is approved in accordance with these 7 procedures shall not constitute a break in service, but may result in an 8 adjustment to the employee’s leave progression date and the employee’s 9 performance review and merit increase (if eligible) date. If the leave is for 10 ninety (90) days or longer, the employee’s pension service date will also 11 be affected.
Continuity of Service. 3.1 Nothing in these rules is intended or shall be used to violate any municipal ordinance, State law or safety standard, or any other legal public requirement, nor is it intended to allow public or personal danger to continue to the detriment of either the general public, the Company or the employees.

Continuity of Service a) The Seller will use reasonable diligence to provide a constant and uninterrupted supply of electric power and energy to a point of delivery but if such supply shall fail or be interrupted, or become defective through act of God, or the public enemy, or by accident, strikes, labor troubles, or by action of the elements, or inability to secure rights-of-way, or other permits needed, or for any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Seller, the Seller shall not be liable therefor.
