Continuous Perfection. Grantor shall not change its name, identity or corporate structure in any manner which might make any financing or continuation statement filed in connection herewith seriously misleading within the meaning of section 9-402(7) of the UCC or any other then applicable provision of the UCC unless Grantor shall have given Lender at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice thereof and shall have taken all action (or made arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change if it is impossible to take such action in advance) necessary or reasonably requested by Lender to amend such financing statement or continuation statement so that it is not seriously misleading.

Continuous Perfection. The Company will not change its name, identity or corporate structure in any manner unless the Company shall have given the Secured Parties at least 10 days' prior written notice thereof and shall have taken all action (or made arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change if it is impossible to take such action in advance) necessary or reasonably requested by any Secured Party to amend any financing statement or continuation statement filed with respect to the Collateral so that it is not misleading.
Continuous Perfection. Except as permitted by the following sentence, the Grantor will not change its name, identity or corporate structure in any manner and will not change its principal place of business or chief executive office or the places where it keeps the Collateral or the records concerning the Collateral. If the Grantor wishes to make any such change, the Grantor will give the Bank at least thirty (30) days prior written notice thereof and will take all action (or make arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change if it is impossible to take such action in advance) necessary or appropriate in the Bank's sole discretion to amend each financing statement or continuation statement and otherwise to cause the Bank to continue to maintain its first perfected lien on, and security interest in, the Collateral.
Continuous Perfection. No Grantor will change its name, organizational structure or jurisdiction of organization in any manner, without providing at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Agent.

Transferor shall not change its chief executive office, jurisdiction of organization or change the location of its principal records concerning the Receivables, the Trust Assets or the Collections unless it has delivered to Trustee at least 30 days prior written notice of its intention to do so and has taken such action as is necessary or advisable to cause the interest of Trustee in the Receivables and other Trust Assets to continue to be perfected with the priority required by this Agreement.
Continuous Perfection. The Pledgor will not change the Pledgor's name, in any manner which might make any financing or continuation statement filed hereunder seriously misleading within the meaning of any applicable provision of Article 9 of the Code) unless the Pledgor shall have given the Pledgee at least fifteen (15) days prior written notice thereof and shall have taken all action necessary or reasonably requested by the Pledgee to amend such financing statement or continuation statement so that it is not seriously misleading. The Pledgor will not change the Pledgor's state of organization unless the Pledgor shall have given the Pledgee at least fifteen (15) days prior written notice thereof and shall have taken such action as is necessary to cause the security interest of the Pledgee in the Pledged Collateral to continue to be perfected.
Continuous Perfection. Debtor will not change its name, identity, federal tax identification number or corporate structure in any manner which might make any financing or continuation statement filed in connection herewith seriously misleading within the meaning of Part 5 of Revised Article 9 of the UCC (or any other then applicable provision of the UCC) unless Debtor shall have given Lender at least 30 days’ prior written notice thereof and shall have taken all action (or made arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change if it is impossible to take such action in advance) necessary or reasonably requested by Lender to amend such financing statement or continuation statement so that it is not seriously misleading.

Continuous Perfection. No Grantor shall change its name, identity or corporate structure in any manner unless such Grantor shall have given the Administrative Agent at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice thereof and shall have taken all action (or made arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change if it is impossible to take such action in advance) necessary or reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to amend such financing statement or continuation statement so that it is not seriously misleading.
Continuous Perfection. RPA Seller shall not change its name, identity, structure, place of operations or main office in any manner that might cause any financing or continuation statement filed pursuant to this Agreement to be misleading unless RPA Seller shall have delivered to Purchaser, each Credit Enhancement Provider and the Trustee at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice thereof and, no later than thirty (30) days after making such change, shall have taken all action necessary or advisable to file new appropriate financing statements and/or amend such financing statement or continuation statement so that it is not misleading, in either case, as necessary to cause the interest of the Purchaser in the Receivables, the other Existing Assets and the other Related Assets to continue to be perfected with the priority required by this Agreement. RPA Seller shall not change the jurisdiction under whose laws it is organized, its chief executive office or change the location of its principal records concerning the Receivables or the Collections unless it has delivered to Purchaser, each Credit Enhancement Provider and the Trustee at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of its intention to do so and notice as to whether, as a result of such change, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement and has filed such amendments or financing statements and otherwise taken action as is necessary or advisable to cause the interest of Purchaser in the Receivables, the other Existing Assets and the other Related Assets to continue to be perfected with the priority required by this Agreement.
Continuous Perfection. The Company's place of business or, if more than one, chief executive office is indicated on the Perfection Certificate delivered to the Agent herewith (the "Perfection Certificate"). The Company will not change the same, or the name, identity or corporate structure of the Company in any manner, without providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Agent. The Collateral, to the extent not delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.2, will be kept at those locations listed on the Perfection Certificate and the Company will not remove the Collateral from such locations, without providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Agent.
