CONTRACT AMOUNT FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. The Owner shall pay the Contractor the not to exceed sum of Dollars ($ ), which is the Contract Amount and includes all labor and reimbursable expenses. If either is not totally expended, it will be returned to the Owner. See Exhibit 3.
