Contract Expiration. The provisions of this Article shall be automatically extended beyond the contract expiration date to the extent required to complete the processing of a grievance filed prior to such expiration date. Any grievance filed following the expiration of the contract shall not be processed under the terms of the Contract Enforcement Procedure, but shall be answered by the Superintendent.
