CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT. 4.1 The employment status of Employees shall be as agreed between the Parties and recorded in writing. This status will be permanent or casual. 4.2 Casual Employees will be entitled to the appropriate casual rate of pay in Schedule A, Part 2, which includes a casual loading of 20%.
