CONTRACT PRICE AND COMPENSATION. 5.1. For Work, Services, or each separate Project performed under a Task Assignment during the term of the Contract, the Consultant shall be paid Compensation for all Work or Services performed in a Task Assignment, including labor and materials on a “fixed fee,” “time and materials”, “cost-plus-a-fixed-fee” or “guaranteed maximum-not-to-exceed” basis as applicable in the Task Assignment. The Task Assignment shall state the method of Compensation.

CONTRACT PRICE AND COMPENSATION. Consultant and County shall be obligated to continue performance under this Contract for the work or services within the Scope of Work or Services under this Contract which is not the subject of the partial termination by non-appropriation.
CONTRACT PRICE AND COMPENSATION. 7.1 The Contractor shall be paid Compensation for all Work or Services. Total Compensation for this Contract shall be comprised of the total cost of all materials, equipment, labor, expenses, all mark-ups for overhead and profit more particularly described in Exhibit “B” – Fee Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein.
