Contract Quarters Independent. The fact that HFRM has exceeded or fallen short of the Minimum Revenue Commitment with respect to any Contract Quarter shall not be considered in determining whether HFRM meets, exceeds or falls short of the Minimum Revenue Commitment with respect to any other Contract Quarter, and the amount of any such excess or shortfall shall not be counted towards or against the Minimum Revenue Commitment with respect to any other Contract Quarter.
