Contracted Quantity. 7.1.1. The Contracted Crude Oil Volume to the Buyer for the Term of this Agreement is
7.1.2. If Additional Crude Oil parcel(s) are available with the Sellers, then subject to acceptance by the Buyer, such quantities can be delivered and off-taken as per Article 7.3 of this Agreement.
Contracted Quantity. The total quantity of the contract shall be determined by the certifications of weight issued by the inspection authority and by the ▇▇▇▇ of lading of the shipment that was in effect delivered to the buyer.
Contracted Quantity. ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND METRIC TONS (1,200,000 MT) of PRILLED UREA N 46%, with value tolerance 5%, to be shipped as per schedule. The total quantity delivered in this contract shall be determined by the certifications of the weight issued by the inspection authority and by the Bills of Lading of the shipment that was in effect delivered to the buyer.
Contracted Quantity. THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF THE CONTRACT IS TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDREDTHOUSAND (2,400,000MT) METRIC TONS.
Contracted Quantity. THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF THE CONTRACT IS SIX MILLION, FIFTY THOUSAND (6,050,000MT) METRIC TONS. FIFTY THOUSAND METRIC TONS TRIAL ORDER, AND AFTER FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND METRIC TONS MONTHLY x TWELVE MONTHS (50,000MT TRIAL ORDER + 500,000MT x 12 MONTHS).
Contracted Quantity. The Supplier must ensure that:
(a) the Contracted Quantity is the Type of Product; and
(b) the Contracted Quantity remains available for purchase by and delivery to the Department in accordance with this Agreement at all times during the Term and that such Contracted Quantity may lawfully be included to discharge the obligations of Australia under the IEP Agreement.
Contracted Quantity. 8.1.1 Subject to clause 8.1.7 below, the Goods shall be priced in accordance with the Price Offer and the Unit Prices which have been included in the Price Offer shall be fixed in respect of the supply of all Goods under this Contract within the Variable Volume Threshold.
8.1.2 The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Contracting Entity may:
8.1.2.1 specify, and thereafter change, the ratio required of each Pipe Length of Relevant Goods, in accordance with clause 8.1.3; and/or
8.1.2.2 increase or decrease the quantity the Contracting Entity requires to be supplied under this Contract of any Type of Goods identified in the Price Offer (including any change in the quantity of Relevant Goods of a particular Pipe Length (other than as described in clause 8.1.2.1), and including resulting in an increase or decrease in the total quantity of Goods), in accordance with clause 8.1.5.
8.1.3 The Contracting Entity may specify, and thereafter change, the ratio required of each Pipe Length of each Type of Relevant Goods by written notice to the Supplier (a "Pipe Length Variation Notice") in accordance with clause 8.1.4 and subject to clause 8.
Contracted Quantity. The Total Quantity of the Contract Is 60,000 MT Metric Tons and It Shall Be Determined by The Certifications of Weight Issued by The Inspection Authority and by The Bill of Lading of the Shipment That Was in Effect Delivered to The Buyer.
Contracted Quantity. THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF THE CONTRACT IS (+/-5%) WHITE CANE SUGAR, ICUMSA 45, OVER A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH SHIPMENTS OF ,,,,,,,,,,MT ( METRIC TONS) (+/-5%).
Contracted Quantity. The total quantity shall be determined by the certifications of weight issued by the SGS inspection report prepared to the buyer on the instruction of the Seller and by the ▇▇▇▇ of lading of the shipment that was in effect delivered to the Buyer.
