Common use of Contractor Books, Documents, Papers, and Records Clause in Contracts

Contractor Books, Documents, Papers, and Records. The Contractor shall allow the Commission, the Chief Financial Officer of the State of Florida, the Auditor General of the State of Florida, the Florida Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability or authorized representatives of the state or federal government to have access to any of Contractor’s books, documents, papers, and records, including electronic storage media, as they may relate to this Contract, for the purposes of conducting audits or examinations or making excerpts or transcriptions.
