Contractor Certification Regarding Criminal Convictions. By signing this Contract, the Contractor affirms the continuing accuracy of the Contractor Certification Regarding Criminal Convictions submitted as Attachment A to its Bid and that it will remain in force throughout the performance of any Work under the Contract. The Contractor acknowledges that its Contractor Certification Regarding Criminal Convictions is applicable not only to Contractor but also to all Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors. Contractor shall upon demand from APS provide to APS all information which allowed for the Contractor’s certification and which supports that the certification remains current, and further certifies that: 1. No employee of the organization who will be in the presence of students on school property during regular school hours or during school-sponsored activities during the performance of any Purchase Order has been convicted of a felony or of any offense involving the sexual molestation, physical or sexual abuse or rape of a child; and
