Contractor Compensation. There shall be no minimum fee for services provided by the Contractor under this agreement for a scheduled day of service.
Contractor Compensation. Compensation to the contractor shall consist of monthly capitation payments, supplemental payments per pregnancy outcome/delivery, certain blood products for hemophilia factors VIII & IX disorders, and payment for certain HIV/AIDS drugs. Contractors must agree to enroll all non-exempt Aged, Blind and Disabled and NJ FamilyCare beneficiaries to qualify to serve AFDC/TANF beneficiaries.
Contractor Compensation. For and in consideration of the services to be provided by Contractor pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, (i) United shall be responsible for (a) paying to Contractor Compensation for Carrier Controlled Costs and the Incentive Markup Payments, if any, (b) reimbursing Contractor for the Pass-Through Costs, and (c) incurring directly the expenses described in Section 3.4(a), and United shall not be responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred by Contractor hereunder, and (ii) Contractor shall be responsible for incurring directly the expenses described in Section 3.4(b), in each case as more specifically provided below in this Article III, such amounts to be paid and reconciled as set forth in Section 3.6 below.

Contractor Compensation. The Maximum Service Rates set forth in Exhibit 1, as more fully defined as CONTRACTOR Compensation in this Article, shall be the maximum amount that the CONTRACTOR may charge Customers, as full, entire and complete compensation due pursuant to this Agreement for all labor, equipment, materials and supplies, fees or surcharges due to the CITY as applicable, taxes, insurance, bonds, letters of credit, overhead, disposal, transfer, processing, profit and all other things necessary to perform all the services required by this Agreement in the manner and at the times prescribed. This shall be the Contractor’s only compensation allowed 953 under this Agreement.
