Contractor Notification. The Contractor will notify DARS: 1. within 2 business days if at any time the Contractor is not in compliance with the provisions of this Contract. A false statement regarding the Contractor's compliance with the terms of this Contract may be treated as a material breach of this Contract and may be grounds for DARS to terminate the Contract; and 2. at least 60 calendar days before the intended effective date of any change in legal entity status, such as a change in ownership or control, name, legal status with the Texas Secretary of State, or Texas Identification Number issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. 3.
