Common use of Contractor Obligations Clause in Contracts

Contractor Obligations. EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION. Upon expiration or termination of this Master Contract, Contractor shall: (a) continue to fulfill its warranty obligations with respect to any Goods or Services sold hereunder and all provisions of the Master Contract that, by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration, termination, or cancellation of the Master Contract shall so continue and survive; and (b) promptly return to Purchaser all keys, badges, and other materials supplied by Purchaser for the performance of any Purchase Order entered into pursuant to this Master Contract.

Upon expiration or termination of this Master ContractContract Enterprise Services and Contractor, Contractor shall: (a) continue to fulfill its warranty obligations with respect to any Goods or Services sold rendered hereunder and all provisions of the Master Contract that, that by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration, termination, or cancellation of the Master Contract shall so continue and survive; and (b) promptly return to Purchaser the issuing party all keysmaterials supplied, badgesif any, and other materials supplied by Purchaser for the performance of any Purchase Order entered into pursuant to this Master Contract.
