Common use of Contractor Safety Program Review Clause in Contracts

Contractor Safety Program Review. To proactively monitor the safety, health and environmental performance of Contractors and Subcontractors the Owner and/or his Representative, will be conducting a periodic review of Contractor or Subcontractor safety programs. This will be a formal process, which will be done with or without advanced notice. Upon completion of the Safety Program Review, a list of recommendations will be provided to the Contractor or Subcontractor. There will be a timeline developed and agreed upon for the purpose of abating any deficiencies in the Contractor or Subcontractor safety program.
