CONTRACTOR TO PAY CERTAIN MISCELLANEOUS COSTS. 12 31. (a) In addition to all other payments to be made by the Contractor pursuant to 13 this Settlement Contract, the Contractor shall pay to the United States, within 60 days after 14 receipt of a xxxx and detailed statement submitted by the Contracting Officer to the Contractor for 15 such specific items of direct cost incurred by the United States for work requested by the 16 Contractor associated with this Settlement Contract plus indirect costs in accordance with 17 applicable Bureau of Reclamation policies and procedures. All such amounts referred to in this 18 Article shall not exceed the amount agreed to in writing in advance by the Contractor. This 19 Article shall not apply to costs for routine contract administration.

  • Other Miscellaneous Terms The Card and your obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned. We may transfer our rights under this Agreement.   • Miscellaneous Services INSURER shall provide such other administrative support to the Fund as mutually agreed between INSURER and AIM or the Fund from time to time. INSURER shall, from time to time, relieve the Fund of other usual or incidental administration services of the type ordinarily borne by mutual funds that offer shares to individual members of the general public.
