CONTRACTOR’s Documentation Supporting SCOPE. (a) CONTRACTOR will provide COMPANY all documentation and, if applicable, SOFTWARE, reasonably required: (i) to make use of SCOPE; and (ii) for COMPANY to confirm compliance of SCOPE with the requirements of the CONTRACT.

CONTRACTOR’s Documentation Supporting SCOPE. (a) CONTRACTOR will provide COMPANY all documentation and, if applicable, SOFTWARE, reasonably required: (i) required to make use of SCOPE; and (ii) for COMPANY to confirm compliance . CONTRACTOR guarantees that its information provided as SCOPE or in support of SCOPE with the requirements of the CONTRACTis complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
