Contractor’s Fees. The Contractor’ Fees for providing the Services shall be calculated as set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Contractor’s Fees. The Contractor shall deduct from the gross revenues of each sale the following fees: (i) eight percent (8%) of the gross amount of the sale; and (ii) any other fees owed to Contractor for services related to the vehicle, including without limitation, wash and vacuum fees, detail fees and condition report fees. Each vehicle or equipment must be identified with barcodes described and photographed by an auction inspector reflecting a $35 fee. Subject to approval by the selling agency, Contractor, or its subcontractors, shall provide wash and vacuum services for a fee of $45 per vehicle, full detail services for a fee of $100 per vehicle, and prepare condition reports for a fee of $35 per vehicle, or other services offered by Contractor directly to participants.
Contractor’s Fees. 4.1 Sherpa will pay to the Contractor the agreed Fees for the supply of Services as recorded in the Sherpa Platform. 4.2 In the event that the Contractor is registered for GST they will notify Sherpa if it ceases to be registered. 4.3 Sherpa will issue Buyer Created Tax Invoices (BCTIs) or Buyer created adjustment notes (BCANs) in accordance with the Goods and Services ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for taxable supplies made by the Contractor to Sherpa under the GST Act. 4.4 The Contractor will not issue tax invoices or adjustment notes in respect of the same supplies. 4.5 Sherpa may issue BCTIs or BCANs in electronic form. 4.6 The Contractor will supply all such information as may be reasonably required by Sherpa to allow it to prepare BCTIs under this Contract. 4.7 The Contractor will do all such things as may be necessary on its part from time to time, to enable Sherpa to issue BCTIs. 4.8 Sherpa will pay the Contractor the Fees on a weekly basis for the Services provided in the previous week by direct deposit to the Contractor’s nominated bank account and upon the provision of an invoice for those Fees. 4.9 The Fees are inclusive of all obligations that Sherpa may have to the Contractor. 4.10 Sherpa may deduct from the Fees due to the Contractor any money due from the Contractor to Sherpa under this Agreement.
Contractor’s Fees. The total hours of work required and any costs incurred to complete the Project and the activities listed in Exhibit 1 are the responsibility of Contractor for the Contractor’s Fees. No costs will be compensated outside of those included in the Contractor’s Fees as set forth below unless by prior written approval of Manager, in Manager’s sole discretion. For Contractor’s Fees for Contractor’s Services, conditioned upon the timely and effective communication of all Deliverables in accordance with their respective Schedule, Manager shall pay Contractor the Contractor’s Fees as set forth below:
Contractor’s Fees. Subject to clause 5.2, the Foundation will pay to the Contractor the Contractor’s Fees for the Services that the Contractor provides in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Contractor’s Fees a) Provide prices for inspecting, testing (including load testing) and certification of cranes listed below: b) Provide Labor Costs for crane repairs as required by the County. Labor hours shall be charged on the basis of actual time spent on each job, not on a portal-to-portal basis, and shall be computed to the nearest one quarter (1/4) hour. Contractor’s Fees. The Developer acknowledges and agrees that the Contractor's Fee shall be included in the Construction Contract Sum and shall incorporate all of the Contractor's profit relating to the proper performance of the Developer's obligation to complete the Work under this Agreement. Under no circumstance shall the Agent be responsible or liable to the Developer for any additional fees relating to the Work, except to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement.
