Contractor’s Remedies. If OPRD terminates this Contract under section 15.1, or if OPRD is in breach under section 13 and whether or not Contractor elects to exercise its right to terminate this Contract under section 15.2, Contractor's sole remedy is a claim against OPRD for unpaid invoices for Goods delivered and accepted by OPRD, less any claims OPRD has against Contractor.
