Contractors/Subcontractors. The Subrecipient may enter into written subcontract(s) for performance of certain of its functions under the Agreement in accordance with terms established in 2 C.F.R. 200 and the applicable NOFO. The Subrecipient agrees and understands that no subcontract that the Subrecipient enters into with respect to performance under this Agreement shall in any way relieve the Subrecipient of any responsibilities for performance of its duties. The Subrecipient shall give the AZDOHS immediate notice in writing by certified mail of any action or suit filed and prompt notice of any claim made against the Subrecipient by any subcontractor or vendor which may result in litigation related in any way to this Agreement. All grant funds expended for travel, lodging, meals and incidentals are subject to the standards of the Subrecipient’s policies and procedures, as well as the State of Arizona Accounting Manual (SAAM). These policies must be applied uniformly to both federally financed and other activities of the Subrecipient. AZDOHS will reimburse at the most restrictive allowability and rate. At no time will the Subrecipient’s reimbursement(s) exceed the State rate established by the Arizona Department of Administration, General Accounting Office Travel Policies: xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/travel.

Contractors/Subcontractors. The Contractor shall ensure that each of its contractors, including subcontractors, if applicable, to whom the Contractor provides PHI received from or created or received by the Contractor from or on behalf of the SJVIA, agrees to the same restrictions, safeguards, and conditions that apply to the Contractor with respect to such PHI and to incorporate, when applicable, the relevant provisions of these provisions into each subcontract or sub-award to such agents or subcontractors.

Contractors/Subcontractors and Consultants Contractors, subcontractors or consultants may be used in the performance of tasks described in the Scope of Work of this Grant Award Contract. The Grantee shall not enter into any contract or subcontract under this Grant Award Contract without consideration for impact on the project. The Grantee shall report any contract or subcontract awards or changes as part of that calendar year's narrative report. Any contractor, subcontractor or consultant participating in this Grant Award Contract shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Grant Award Contract, as set forth in the general provisions and Scope of Work. Should the Grantee utilize any contractors, subcontractors or consultants, Xxxxxxx agrees to supply all such contractors and subcontractors with copies of this Grant Award Contract and the Request for Grant Application that led to this Grant Award Contract, and to obtain the written agreement of each such contractor or subcontractor to follow and be bound by all terms of this Grant Award Contract.
Contractors/Subcontractors. The Grantee shall be entitled to expend grant funds to pay for contractors and subcontractors, provided that the use of grant funds for such contractors or subcontractors shall be consistent with this Agreement, including the Grantee’s Application, Budget and Work Plan. The Grantee shall notify the Grant Manager immediately upon termination of any such contract or subcontract. Nothing contained in this Agreement or otherwise, shall create any contractual relation between CARE and any contractors or subcontractors of Grantee, and no agreement with contractors or subcontractors shall relieve the Grantee of its responsibilities and obligations hereunder. The Grantee agrees to be as fully responsible to CARE for the acts and omissions of its contractors and subcontractors and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by any of them as it is for the acts and omissions of persons directly employed by the Grantee. The Grantee’s obligation to pay its contractors and subcontractors is an independent obligation from CARE’s obligation to make payments to the Grantee. As a result, CARE shall have no obligation to pay or to enforce the payment of any moneys to any contractor or subcontractor.
