Contractual Arrangements. ‌ (A) Performers‌ Performers shall be signed to a separate ACTRA contract for the recording and copies of the contracts shall be filed with Equity by the Engager. The Engager agrees that the responsibility for the payments lies solely and exclusively with the Engager and all payments to the Artist shall be in addition to and separate from payment and fees stipulated in the Artist’s Engagement Contract for the period with the exception that residual payments are the responsibility of the individual or entity signing the ACTRA contract as producer.
