Common use of CONTRACTUAL PENALTIES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL PENALTIES. The Buyer shall be entitled to claim a contractual penalty against the Seller in the amount of 0,05 % of the Price for each commenced day of delay with the delivery pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof with a possible grace period of 10 days.
