Contribution Toward Insurance Premiums a. Full-time employees (1) Full-Time Employee Definition. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty-two (32) hours per work week or regularly scheduled to work at least thirty (30) hours per work week on a ten (10)-hour per day schedule. (2) Medical/Vision/Rx. For the term of this Agreement, the County agrees to contribute monthly on behalf of each full-time eligible employee, the monthly premium for one (1) of the health plans offered by the County. Employees covered by this Agreement shall not be eligible for the fully-paid ODS Plus Plan coverage. Employees may choose to participate in the ODS Plus Plan, but employee will pay the difference between what the County pays for either the ODS Preferred Plan or the Kaiser Plan (whichever has the higher County payment) and ODS Plus Plan. This employee/County premium cost sharing formula for the monthly amounts paid by the County and the employee shall continue for the term of this Agreement.
